TESLA Model S 3D Model

I made sure to use a quad-based workflow in during of designing this model as seen through the wireframe view. I struggled a lot with the curved hood of the car as well as the back of the car do to nature of the curved surface I was modeling.

I started by finding a Tesla reference image with side, back, front, and top orthographic views. I took this reference images and cut the images into four separate images to use in my Blender scene.

I used geometry nodes to form the materials I added to the car for final presentation. I also used an emission material to form the red tail lights and yellow accents.

Overall a very insightful project on the importance of organization and how to make automobiles. I learned a lot about modeling curved surfaces in a quad based workflow and got an introductory look on how geometry nodes work.
